trenaintroThe first thing that comes to my mind when I think of the word soar is an eagle. I have recently been faced with unexpected challenges. I call them building blocks to maintaining Godly character. In the body of Christ, many of His children have compromised. Succumbing to the temptations and demands on man. But what did God say to you, what did He call you to do?  When man doesn’t see or applause your efforts, do you still remain consistent to the plan of God for your life? Boy I can speak on this!  When God shows us an error and says shift, will you obey? Well recently I was truly tested and I thank God that I passed.  What God showed me through this testing I recently went through was truly amazing! First, I learned who to have in the friend zone and who should be merely an acquaintance. Second, I was reminded of my love for God and why I went into ministry in the first place.  Third, I learned to stay true to the call God has placed on my life and ministry.  I have to follow God’s vision for my life and not man’s vision for my life. This Gospel is to go around the globe to build God’s people not pimp His people. The sheep have been damaged enough. It’s time for it to stop and it begins with the household of faith first, the Church of The Living God. “Continue to Soar” has taken on a new meaning for me. It means to soar above man’s opinion of me; to soar above gossip and backbiting. To soar above all tactics of the enemy whose desire is to destroy me, my family, and the ministry God has given me. But I’m so glad that in Isaiah 40:27 (NKJV) says,

27 Why do you say, O Jacob, And speak, O Israel: “ My way is hidden from the LORD,
And my just claim is passed over by my God”? 28 Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the LORD, The Creator of the ends of the earth,Neither faints nor is weary.
His understanding is unsearchable.  29 He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength. 30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary,  And the young men shall utterly fall, 31 But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.

Isaiah 40:27 (The Message Bible) says,
27-31Why would you ever complain, O Jacob, or, whine, Israel, saying, "God has lost track of me.
He doesn't care what happens to me"? Don't you know anything? Haven't you been listening? God doesn't come and go. God lasts.  He's Creator of all you can see or imagine. He doesn't get tired out, doesn't pause to catch his breath. And he knows everything, inside and out. He energizes those who get tired, gives fresh strength to dropouts. For even young people tire and drop out, young folk in their prime stumble and fall But those who wait upon God get fresh strength. They spread their wings and soar like eagles, They run and don't get tired, they walk and don't lag behind.

The bible tells us if we wait on the Lord strength will come to us we won’t become weary or faint. We will mount up with wings like an eagle. That means we will be stronger than ever and will fly to higher dimensions in God. When trouble and opposition comes, it is merely an increase of the wind of God to help us fly higher and higher in Him. At some point when you are on a plane you get to such a high altitude that you don’t feel any turbulence, just a smooth and peaceful ride. Only when we lower our altitude (descending) is when we will feel turbulence.  I want to encourage you, don’t come down stay within the wind of God that will carry you from Glory to Glory. This too shall pass! I don’t care what it is, DON’T COME DOWN…. AND CONTINUE TO SOAR.

Pray this prayer with me.
Father I ask for your forgiveness for pursing man’s desire for my life more than your desire for my life. I ask that you will continue to provide me with strength, wisdom, and revelation of your word. I ask that you continue to direct my steps and that I remain humble in your purpose and plan for my life.  I thank you for choosing me for such a time as this to do a work for you. I thank you for truly being the wind beneath my wings.  I pray MOST OF ALL that you will be pleased with my life I live daily before you, and it’s in Jesus Name I Pray Amen!
