Our Timing is not God's

mintheresalewisTiming – The selecting of the best time or speed for doing something in order to achieve the desired or maximum result;(2) Duration regarded as belonging to the present life as distinct from the life to come or from eternity;(3) Finite duration;(4) The ability to select the precise moment for doing something for optimum effect or observation. in other words...... TIMING IS EVERYTHING!!!!

Ecclesiastes: 3:1-8 (KJV) tells us;

To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the Heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; A time to break down, and a time to build up; A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and time to refrain from embracing; A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

In all of this, God shows us that we have time to do all of these things, but yet we choose to mull over everything instead of taking heed to His word. What God is saying in this season, is it's time for the people of God to put away foolish thoughts, sorrow, pain; and holding on to things which do not honor Him.

When grieving the lost of a loved one, due to death, divorce or separation, we lose a sense of time and reality when we reflect on things that should, could or would have been. This gives undeserving power to the words "Only If." .... "Only If," I had more time..."Only if," I did it this/that way... "Only if", I hadn't said that....

With God there is no "should, would; or could have" or "Only Ifs," because this gives the false perception that there was another option which if chosen, "would have" produced a better outcome; or, something else that "could have" been done in place of God's word... And there
