As I reflect on the first year of SOAR Magazine, all I can say is thanks! Thanks to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for blessing this magazine, and for the many supporters and subscribers God has blessed us with. My goal has been to empower and encourage the total man mind, soul and body as God leads me. The process to get to this point has been challenging and rewarding all at the same time. "No Pain, No Gain"... Lol.

As I was preparing to write this article the scripture that comes to mind is Psalms 37:25 for that is truly my testimony. Running a magazine is not cheap especially during these economic times. I thank God for favoring us in such a way that all our bills were never late. We are "SOAR"ing higher and higher, unexpected blessings have been bestowed upon us; and, doors have been open that still to this very day leave me awestricken. When the lord gave me the name for this magazine, I thought to myself "wow, what a name to live up too". At that very moment God being who he is showed me an eagle, He said "look at the eagle that soars from level to level, mountain to mountain, so shall SOAR Magazine be". We are just beginning soar family, so much more is on the horizon for us all. God has blessed me with such an awesome team. Who not only sees the vision but believes in it. I want to encourage those visionaries out there LACK is not in your vocabulary ABUNDANCE is. If God has given you the vision then he will give provision for it to be successful. I know what I speak of, I know what it feels like when the bills are coming in; but, you do not have the provision for them then enemy begins to plant seeds of doubt in your mind. I am here to tell you all to hold on and do not give in to the thoughts that may come to mind. God will always come through in the nick of time, I am witness to that! SOAR Magazine has been continually blessed by God and our goal is to continue to be a blessing to the body of Christ. Keep praying for us as we will always pray for you. As we embark on this journey that will take us to the next phase of this magazine, we are excited about the next level God will elevate us too. So, to my visionaries out there never give up on your vision, hold onto it for dear life, God will provide the resources for his vision. Stay true to what he has desired and called it to be. Do not deviate from the plans! Not even for a moment... Meditate on Psalms 25 there is comfort and reassurance in His word and has saw me through many, many restless nights. We here at SOAR Magazine love you more than you will ever know and appreciate all of your support!
